Durham Toilet Rebate and Choosing the Right Toilet for you

Now the city of Durham is offering a $100 rebate for low water consumption toilets. These new 1.28 gallon flush toilets can perform just as well as the higher volume flush toilets. As posted on the Durhamnc.gov website. Any toilets that are 1.28 gallon per flush and are on the EPA list (just about all of them) qualify for a $100 rebate after January 1, 2008. One way to verify if Durham is still offering this rebate call the Durham One Call number at 919-560-1200. Keep in mind that this rebate is only available for single family residences.

Choosing the Right Toilet
